Bohlender, Beulah Ferne , March 14, 1935-Aug. 16, 2014 The Tribune Greeley, Colorado 20 Aug 2014 Age: 99 Residence: Greeley, formerly of LaSalle Beulah Ferne Bohlender, 99, of Greeley (formerly of LaSalle), passed away at Bonell Good Samaritan on Aug. 16, 2014. Beulah was born in the winter of 1914 in Center, Colo., to Fred and Christina (Schlect) Weigand. She married Adolph Bohlender on March 14, 1935, in Denver. He died Feb. 16, 1997. Beulah attended Beebe Draw School through the 8th grade. She was a homemaker and helped with the farm and ranch southeast of LaSalle. Beulah was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics and silk flower arranging. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close family friends. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, Fred and Roosevelt Weigand; and sisters, Helen Moser, Sarah Klein, Emma Klein and Rachel Kaufman. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at the Allnutt Macy Chapel. A reception will follow in the Allnutt Reception Center. Interment will be held at 1 p.m. at Linn Grove Cemetery. The family requests that memorial gifts be made to ACS (Adventist Christian School) in place of flowers.
