He was born Oct. 11, 1957, in Schuyler, Neb., to Marvin and LuEtta Legler. Jay is survived by his wife, Tammy; sons, Justin (Brandi) and Matt (Amber); grandson, Aaron; his mother, LuEtta Legler; and siblings, Paul (Dawn) and Pam, as well as many extended family members.
