    3. Ehrlich, Harvey J., July 20, 1924-April 20, 2014 The Tribune Greeley, Colorado 4n May 2014 Age: 89 Residence: Greeley Harvey J. Ehrlich, 89, of Greeley, passed away April 20, 2014, in Greeley. He was born July 20, 1924, in Brighton, Colo., to Fred and Dolly (Schwab) Ehrlich. Harvey graduated from Brighton High School in 1941, in joined the Coast Guard, where he served for three years. He married Jean Caudill on May 19, 1946, in Hudson, Colo. Jean passed away Jan. 28, 1997, and he later married Helen Luck on Feb. 12, 2004, in Brighton, Colo. She also preceded him in death in 2012. Harvey sold Prudential Insurance in Brighton, Greeley and Casper, Wyo., for many years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of the VFW Post No. 2841 in Brighton, Past Commander in Chief and Past Exalted Ruler of BPOE No. 1586 in Brighton. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Brighton. In his free time, he was an avid golfer and loved to fish. He was a member of the Riverdale Golf Club for many years. Harvey loved to travel, enjoying many trips abroad. He always had a warm handshake, and a story for anybody. He was a friend to all, a loving dad, father and grandfather. Harvey is survived by his children, Laney Keefe of Windsor, Terri Ehrlich of Greeley, and Jim Ehrlich of Penrose; sister, Wilma Thatcher of Thornton; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2014, at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m., at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area “B”. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
