Hause, Ruth, May 15, 1925- May 25, 2014 The Tribune Greeley, Colorado 28 May 2014 Ruth Hause, 89, of Greeley, CO formerly of Keenesburg, CO passed away peacefully after a short illness on May 25, 2014 at Grace Pointe in Greeley. She was born to Jacob and Anna Rothermel on May 15, 1925; she was the thirteenth of fifteen children. During World War II, she met and married Doug Hause. Upon his discharge they returned to Keenesburg, where they established their veterinary practice and served the surrounding area for over 30 years. Ruth is survived by her sister; Freida Starks, daughter; Janice (Ron) Cowles and son; James (Mary) Hause. The family would like to thank the staff at Grace Pointe for their loving care given to Ruth during her brief stay. We will be forever grateful. Our Mother passed from us to God showing us courage and grace and we miss her. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents and 13 brothers and sisters.
