Here is the data from Amburger's book Gotthilf Albrecht Tritschler born in Esslingen on May 12, 1805 died in Tarutino, Bessarabia of a burst blood vessel (stroke?) on June 20, 1830; his father was Georg Albrecht Tritschler, a braid or lace-maker and his mother was Katharina Mueller. On June 13, 1830 he married Anna Margaretha Hoch born in Liestal in the Canton of Basel (Switzerland) on July 14, 1803. She was the daughter of the stocking weaver Johannes Hoch and of Barbara Bohm (Anna Tritschler nee Hoch married Pastor Peter Williams in a second marriage in 1834). Gotthilf Albrecht Tritschler studied at the Basel Mission Seminary after December 12, 1824 and was ordained in Loerrach on April 9, 1829. On May 11, 1829 he started his journey to Bessarabia and at the end of 1829 until 1830 he was the pastor of the Tarutino, Bessarabia Evangelical Lutheran Parish.
