    3. Wiedeman, David A., January 13, 1948- June 22, 2014 Scottsbluff Star Herald Scottsbluff, Nebraska 29 Jun 2014 ALBUQUERQUE N.M. — David A. Wiedeman was born was January 13, 1948 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the age of 66 at the Veterans Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. David graduated from Jackson High School in 1966 and attended school in Scottsbluff, Nebraska where he played football and baseball and was in track. He was very proud of his children and his grandchildren, always helping coach their sports teams. As well, David loved to go fishing and camping, loved wood carving, loved to go to the casino with his wife and he loved to play guitar and paint. He will be remembered as an avid sports fan of the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and the New York Yankees. David was of Lutheran faith and was married at Trinity Lutheran Church November 9, 1971. He was a commercial Construction Superintendent who helped build several buildings in, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and throughout the southwest. He helped build the St. Stephens High School in St. Stephens, WY, some of the buildings at CWC in Riverton, WY, the gym in Jeffrey City, WY and the Riverton Library in Riverton. David was preceded in death by his father, Fred Wiedeman; grandparents, Alec and Marie Groskop, Dave and Margaret Wiedeman; in-laws, Al and Billie Wilcox as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and two nieces, Moeniqua Produit and Michelle Allan. David is survived by his wife of 43 years, Beverly Wiedeman of Edgewood, NM; his son, Jason Wiedeman of Odessa, TX; his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Chris Lovato along with twin granddaughters, Isabelle and Callie Lovato of Edgewood, NM; his mother, Betty Wiedeman of Riverton, WY; sister and brother-in-law, Fredella and Richard Busch of Riverton, WY, along with their children, Spencer Busch of Riverton, WY, and Shawna and Tim Rice of North Dakota along with their twin sons, Seth and Dalton Rice; his sister-in-law, Barbara Fournier and family; brothers-in-law, Larry Wilcox and family and Terry Wilcox and family. He also has a very special dog, Alley and a very special cat Willie. There will be no service as per his request. Burial will take place at a later date at the Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Wiedeman, Chris Lovato, Brandon Fournier, Jimmy Fournier, Spencer Busch and Jordan Mills. His cereal (Wheaties) never gets soggy, it sits there, staying crispy, just for him. Even his tree houses have fully finished basements, and he once made a weeping willow laugh.
