Snow, Helen Irene (Keller), September 28, 1929- August 27, 2014 Torrington Telegram Torrington, Wyoming 28 Aug 2014 HELEN IRENE (KELLER) SNOW, 84, died on August 27, 2014 at her home in Torrington. Colyer Funeral Home assisted the family with cremation arrangements. Graveside services of a celebration of her life will be held at a later date for family and friends. Memorials may be directed to the Torrington Senior Friendship Center. Helen was born on September 28, 1929 in Huntley, Wyoming the daughter of Alex and Christina (Burback) Keller. She received her education at Lingle, Wyoming; graduating Lingle High School. She married Robert Schlager and the couple later divorced. Helen lived in several locations in Colorado, Utah and Nevada where she worked in food services. She returned to Torrington in 2011. Helen enjoyed sewing and cooking and loved expressing her talents as an artist. She is survived by her two daughters, Debra K. (Jack) Gibson of Lingle, Wyoming and Marsha R. Inskeep of Ft. Collins, Colorado; her son Monte Schlager of Grand Junction, Colorado; a son-in-law, Dick Burcham of Torrington; two sisters, Elsie Schaneman of Torrington and Joyce (Max) Whipple of Guyman, Oklahoma; a brother, Roger(Judy) Keller of Phoenix, Arizona, and her best friend, Lorraine Eisenbarth; along with 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her loving and devoted husband, Marvin Snow, a son Randy Schlager, a daughter Judy Burcham, and her first husband, Robert Schlager.
