Heimbuck, Maxine, Feb. 17, 1930- Dec. 13, 2010 Scottsbluff Star Herald Scottsbluff, NE 19 Dec 2010 GUYMON, Okla. - Maxine Heimbuck, 80, passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, at Memorial Hospital of Texas County. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at the First Congregational Church of Torrington with Pastor Matt Gordon officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church of Torrington. Visitation will be Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Maxine was born Feb. 17, 1930, in Lusk, Wyo. the daughter of Frank and Audrey Muriel Combs. She was married to Raymond I. Heimbuck on March 31, 1952 in Scottsbluff. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Torrington. Maxine had moved to Guymon in 1974 and was retired from Walmart. Survivors include her daughters, Sheila and husband Art Sanchez of Laramie, Wyo.; Carol J. Green of Springfield, Mo.; Cynthia and husband Gordon Cottrell of West Valley City, Utah; and Christine and husband Ted Behne of Guymon, Okla.; son, Raymond I. Heimbuck, II and wife Marion of Kaiserslautern, Germany; sister-in-law, Margie Combs of Scottsbluff; brother-in-law, John Wagner of Scottsbluff; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Raymond Heimbuck who passed away April 20, 1988; sisters, Audrey J. Combs and Nadine Wagner; half sister, Mildred Thomas, and brothers, Lewis M. Combs, William Combs and Frank J. Combs, Jr.
