Schneider, Mary J.,Feb. 14, 1922-May 7, 2011 Wyoming Tribune-Eagle Cheyenne, WY 10 May 2011 1922-2011 Mary Jane Schneider, 89, of Cheyenne died May 7 at Davis Hospice Center. She was born Feb. 14, 1922, in Lafayette, Colo., and had lived here since 1955. Mrs. Schneider was a member of First United Methodist Church and VFW No. 1881 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed music and worked as a music teacher. Mrs. Schneider enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by a son, Leslie Schneider of Wheatland; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Schneider was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Schneider on Aug. 12, 2000; son, James Schneider; and her parents, William and Rose Pitchford. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel with the Rev. Trudy Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens. Casket bearers will be Rich Schneider, Shane Schneider, Dylan Schneider, Richard Cathcart and Kenny Babbitt. Friends may contribute to First United Methodist Church.
