Schaub, Dennis, Feb. 15, 1946- Feb. 24, 2011 Scottsbluff Star Herald Scottsbluff, NE 2 Mar 2011 TORRINGTON, Wyo. - Dennis Schaub, 65, passed away Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at the Goshen Care Center in Torrington. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at the Colyer Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Bob Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery in Torrington. Memorials may be made to Diversified Services, P.O. Box 1078, Torrington, WY 82240. Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Dennis was born Feb. 15, 1946, the son of George and Millie Schaub of Lyman. He grew up in the Lyman-Huntley area and at the age of 19 he went to the Wyoming State Training School in Lander, Wyo. In January of 1994 he came to Diversified Services in Torrington. Dennis was a special needs person. He loved to see all the lights and decorations at Christmas. He also enjoyed the times he went for rides in his brother Cliff's pickup. Survivors include his sister, Donna and her husband Bill Rexius of Royal City, Wash.; nieces, Debbie and her husband Joe Frazier of Walla Walla, Wash., Becky and her husband Neil Christensen of Mattawa, Wash., Robin and her husband Mike Scroggins of Royal City, Wash.; great niece; nine great nephews and many friends at Diversified. Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, Clifford Schaub.
