I'm curious as to why you need a death certificate for someone who is 103 other than to prove he is truly that old. In that case I would think all of his peers/siblings, etc. were long gone. Do you have an old family Bible with the info? I have heard of them accepting a Bible as proof. Have you found him in the early census records to show his age. In census records, children under ten have the most accurate records of their age. God bless Him. He has seen a lot. I hope you have put a tape recorder by him and let him tell you of the "good old days".
