On Thursday, 13 Mar 2008, Rootsweb announced that both it and Ancestry are now part of The Generations Network. The implications of that are not yet clear. Will we now have to pay a subscription fee to get to our State, County and family mailing lists, as well as our websites hosted by Rootsweb? Have you seen the announcement? Any further information?
