The earliest we can find[Tusc.cty] are; (1)- Our'-GGGrand father- *REV.JOHN HINTON-(b.JOCO, NC-circa-1790-1843) - & ESTER--(MONTGOMERY) ---HINTON*-(b.GA-circa-1797-1870)!!! (2)- *CHARLES MONTGOMERY*-(b.GA-circa-1795-1870) - Purported to be [Brother of] - ESTER (MONTGOMERY)-HINTON!! And an unknown; (3)- *JAMES MONTGOMERY*-(Died before 1830-CENSUS), Purported wife--*JANE MONTGOMERY*-(Died before-1840-CENSUS) - and Her son-- *ELI A. MONTGOMERY*-(born about-1800?)!!! The only Intel we find on these is that they were early member of the *OLD SARDIS CHURCH*-(circa-1819) --- as was our HINTONS & MONTGOMERY Families!!! Hi, Got some kind of spliced up message about AL wills lookup on the names, Hinton, Montgomery. There was only one Hinton in this book (is only on the years of the 1800s and has all counties listed). It is some sort of index but by no means is complete, so records may still exist.
