It depends, the mailing cost is usually paid upfront with a check or cash. The centers don't take credit cards. You'll have to call the one closest to you. I know that ours on occasion takes a phone order, then the patron sends a check, but the patron is well known and we know that she'll show up to cover the cost and use the film. If someone out of the blue, unknow to us requested it, I don't think that our director would risk having to cover the cost of mailing out of our very limited budget.
