According to a Twiggs Co GA legal notice abstracted in "Baldwin Newspaper Clippings, Vol III 1837-1839," Tad Evans, issue 3 Sept 1839, Samuel Pate is serving as administrator of Holliday H Harrell & is offering all property belonging to the estate for sale. Samuel Pate (abt 1790/1800-bef 25 July 1848 Twiggs Co Ga) is my ancestor, but I am interested in the relationship if any to Holliday H Harrell.
