The site can now be found at: http://tfn.net/~cdk901/index.html I don't think it very likely that you will find genealogically useful information there in a narrow sense, but reading the materials on the site does give a broad sweep of some of the things going on in Florida and can aid in gaining a general understanding of some of the history of the era on both sides of the Florida/Georgia line.
