See Vol. 5 No. 3 (September 1969) page 238, "1820 Land Lottery, A List of Those Entitled to Draw" by Frank Parker Hudson Capt. Richard Talliaferro's District (115th GMD) was east of the Oconee River and originally in Washington County.
