Her husband is not named in the obituary, so I guess he predeceased her, but I think he may have been a grandson of my great grandmother's sister. Survivors include sons, Howard Lee Whitfield, Atlanta, Bobby Ray Whitfield, Montecello, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Alvin and Joan Hicks, Lula; aunt and uncle, Azalee and Homer Cox, Gainesville; niece and husband, Judy and Mike Steep, Lula; grand nieces, Loren and Ashley, Lula; and a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
