Several questions from list members have moved me to go ahead and make an announcement. I am having a meeting with the publisher next Tues. Oct. 21 at the library in Zebulon. We will be setting up a computer and scanner in order to scan photos from those people who are reluctant to let us take their photos for any length of time. The publisher has indicated to me that he will be willing to extend the deadline for orders and photos one more time to the END OF DECEMBER. Please make a note of this as I don't know that they will give us anymore time. We have been working on this for a year and a half now--and the publisher has been involved for nearly a year himself. So if you have discovered any lingering photos that you have not contributed please send them on in. I must re-iterate--we are only publishing a limited number of books and taking pre-paid orders ONLY. If you do not order you will not be able to get a copy. Stephanie Bradley Sbrad1249@aol.com
