He married Mahala SLOAN 3 May 1832, She was b. ca. 1800/1810, Duplin Co., NC, d. ca 1842/1850, Thomas Co., Ga. They were parents of: Jaques, Lott Daniel, Antoinette and Pauline Townsend.
