For those researching this county in Ga., there is a great book "History of Harris County, Ga. 1827 - 1961", most libraries should have it, it also has an index that goes with it - it has cemeteries, churches, family histories, and info on the communities - it was done by Louise Calhoun Barfield, Columbus, Ga.
