I am researching the Parks family of Lawrenceville. Emma O Childers married Jessie Parks around 1900ish (I have no definite date) I am look for the parents of both Jesse Parks and Emma Childers. Census records (of course) state different birth years, all I can deduct right now is they were born somewhere between 1869 and 1872...in Lawrenceville Would appreciate contact with anyone that has either of them in their files Shannon Lilburn, GA -- Do you love genealogy? Not in my files, Shannon, but check Joseph and Sallie Parks (indexed as Park) in 1880 Gwinnett County, Goodwins District and John and Sarah Childers in 1880 Lawrenceville. Of course, to verify, you'd want to order their death certificates: Jesse J. Parks, died 2 July 1938, in Gwinnett, Certificate #18119. Emma Parks died September 20, 1945, in Gwinnett, Certificate #20127.
