    3. Thomas Newbern is listed in vol 1 and 7 of the Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia. He had two wives, first wife name unknown. Second wife was Miss Kizzie Collins of Emanuel County Georgia. Between the two wives they had 17 children. Nine with first wife and 8 with second wife. The sorce of their information is Census records 1790 Edgfield District S. C.; 1810 Tattnel County jury list; 1820 Tattnal County census ; 1830 Ware County census.
