List members.... Thought these observations might lead others to some ideas for us on this photo... http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ga/history/1920leg.htm We think it is members of 1920-1921 Legislators, as one member is identified as the youngest member... he's the one in the 2nd row --- almost center....looks like Sean Penn! (Dewitt T. Owen) Is this the capitol steps?? "In looking at the photo, do you notice the black bag sitting on the bottom of the photo, it appears to be a doctors bag, like they used to carry, wonder why it would be there, also another thing is most all the white hats are alike, is this coincidence or a symbol of some organization, the boy in the left lower corner is too young to be in gov., so I assume it is some type family? or formal gathering photo as with the female in the picture, just need to find what, do you know if that is the capitol columns in the background, if there is a way to get a complete photo, can you do that, delilah Anybody have other ideas??
