Hi... I was wondering if anyone knew when Robert N. Chism (1861 - 1916) and Martha Hodges (1870-1927) married? I know they were both born in Charlton Co, GA and died there.....I looked on Charlton Co, Ga's info on marriages and did not fins anything...so any help would be appreciated....thank you... Stephanie, The 1900 Census for Charlton Co., GA - Gaingville District #95 has the following information: Ref: T-623, roll 184, page 316 Dwelling 286 Robert N. Chism, 39, b. 1861 GA. Married 15 years wife: Martha, 30, b. 1870 GA. Mother of 6 children, 5 living. Aaron, 13, b. Florida Viola, 8 b. GA Nellie, 6 b. GA Nola, 3 b. GA Emily, 3 mos. b. GA Hope this helps some. You may find that they were married in Florida where Aaron was born.
