Can someone pls. tell me if the first person listed on this census -- Charlie Beauchamp -- was from Butts County, Georgia and is he connected to the Kinards of Butts County, Ga.? I know who Sherwood Thaxton and Frank Kinard are (Frank is my husband's father) -- both are from Butts County.
