I have also found that I have a Columbia County book.....1754-1983. It IS indexed......
I find several Stewarts in the marriage records, but not Andrew. The Hancock County books are not indexed and have to be read page by page. I will keep trying for you.
All of the Elijah Clark information in the Quaker book relates to his activities as an officer with the rebel army in Georgia during the Revolutionary War, not of his lineage. I suggest you go to Google.com and type in *Elijah Clark* . From what I can tell, you will get much information there. And I know that Ancestry. com has a lot of his family information. I hope this helps.

Using Ancestry's Census Images Online, look on the page for the 1810 U.S. census where you can type in a person's name. Scroll down beyond the Description of the census, and look at Additional Information. You see that the 1810 census for GA was lost. You'll then see the following statement: "Some of the schedules for these states have been re-created using tax lists and other records." Unfortunately, it's not clear what record might have been used for Pulaski Co., GA. Perhaps someone familiar with Pulaski Co. records might suggest some possibilities. Pat -----

Did you mean the 1818 Census? I see the 1810 and 1820 Census. The 1810 Census is indexed and the images are there. Its not much use. It provides the name of the head of household and number of free white males and number of free white females of various ages. The 1820 Census is similar. Charlotte, Can't remember if we have corresponded before, but I too descend from George Tucker Sr., from two of his children and then some.
