    1. [GEORGIA] May 11, 1847 Lucretia Cummings Fussell
    2. Emma Sanders
    3. Lucretia Studstill Cummings married Jacob Fussell in Telfair Co., May 11, 1847, approximately two years after the death of her first husband, James Cummings. When she married him she had three Cummings children. Seeking information on those children. William Cummings was alive on Nov. 1, 1847 when his stepfather Jacob Fussell was appointed his guardian, Telfair Co. Ordinary and Estate Records, Administrators and Guardians Bonds, 1831-1863, Book H, page _?_. Rebecca Cummings was alive in 1847 when an accounting of the estate of her father, James Cummings, was recorded and states that she received payment of $11.70, Telfair Co. Ordinary and Estate Records, Administrators and Guardians Bonds, 1831-1863, Book H, page 64. Zilpha Cummings was alive in 1848 when an accounting of the estate of her father, James Cummings, was recorded and stated that a bill was paid on her behalf, Telfair Co. Ordinary and Estate Records, Administrators and Guardians Bonds, 1831-1863, Book H, page 102. Where did these Cummings children go? Lucretia Fussell was born in Telfair Co., Mar. 18, 1848 and was the child of Jacob Fussell and Lucretia Studstill. She married Anderson Fussell July 25, 1861 in Telfair Co. Anderson was born in Irwin Co., July 22, 1836, the son of William Fussell (born Jan. 11, 1798) and possibly his second wife, Tabitha. I have no information on these four children. Would welcome any help on all four of these and other children Jacob and Lucretia had others. Thanks for any help. Emma

I would appreciate knowing more about them. Thanks, Gwen [email protected] I have 4 Benjamin Kitchens in my files. One is spelled a little different. Please note that this is a work in progress and not much of it is documented. This is not my line. I am researching my cousin's husband's line. These Kitchens come from Edgecombe County, NC and moved to Warren County, Georgia. If anyone sees errors in any of this, please let me know. Benjamin E. Kitchens born about 1819 son of Bartholomew Kitchens. Bartholomew was born in 1780. Bartholomew had 10 children by an unknown wife. Bartholomew also was married to Winifred Brooks (no information). Benajah Kitchens (which I think could have been a Benjamin) born about 1840. He was the son of Joseph Kitchens born about 1815. I have 7 children for Joseph and his unknown wife. Joseph was the son of Boaz Kitchens born about 1776 died about 1849 and his wife Elizabeth. Benjamin F. Kitchens born 1856. Son of Boze B. Kitchens born Oct 13, 1801 died March 22, 1870. Benjamin's mother was Nancy Dugan Harrison. Boze and Nancy had 6 children. Boze also married Catherine Brooks and had 10 children with her. Benjamin A. Kitchens who married Amy Miranda Harrison. She was born Jan 10, 1841. She was the daughter of Henry Harrison and Francina Kitchens. Francina was born about 1820. Francina and Henry had 6 children. Francina was the daughter of Boaz Kitchens (1776-1849) and Elizabeth. Most of this I got from the Internet and from family records of the Kitchens I am researching from Georgia. Would appreciate any help on any of these and any corrections that anyone knows about. Ann Robbins

    3. Delilah, Alice was a friend and co-choir member at our church - Tucker First Methodist. My wife went to her funeral in Loganville. Before she moved to Loganville, Alice lived only two streets over from us. She was a fun-loving little woman who had a contagious laugh and sang tenor in the choir, one of two ladies to do that. She and her friend, Dorothy, and I usually had a cigarette, told jokes and laughed before every choir practice. We miss her and cherish her memory. Thanks for posting her obit.
