My name is Ed George (Edward Donald George, Jr.) My dad was born in Blairsville, PA in 1931 and died in Akron, Ohio on July 5, 1989. His father was James Howard George (born Feb 28, 1885 and died on November 27, 1934. James Howard was married to Hazel Ferrier. According to my grandfather's funeral record his father was named Alexie George and his mother was Martha Walt. I'm wondering if my great-grandfather was the Alexander George that has been written of lately on the George rootsweb. This is all the information I have concerning my grandfather and greatgrandfather. Any information or leads would be greatly appreciated.
