My ggg-grandmother, Mary E. George, born about 1720, died c 1780, married John "Johannes" Houser, around 1746. According to the undocumented information I have, Mary was from Tennessee. John was born in York County, Pennsylvania, and they lived in N. Codorus Twp., York Co. I have been unable to find any information about Mary's family, where in Tennessee she may have lived, and the family origins. Any clues or information would be very much appreciated, and I'd gladly share the information I have on the Houser family, including John and Mary's seven children. Thanks for any help.
