Hello Steve. I am also interested in GEORGE family in England. Mine go back through Gloucester, where my father and grandmother were born, to Bushley on the southern border of Worcestershire, where several more generations were born. I have traced as far back as Thomas George, born about 1724, married Martha Fletcher in 1755 at Queenhill, Worcestershire, died aged 79 in 1803. I know of 8 children of Thomas and Martha.
