Howdy from Texas, USA! My ggggfather was Francois-Frederic GEORGE, who m. Marie-Henriette RUBATTEL. Their son Jean Louis GEORGE (1827-1909) was b. in Switzerland and m. Henriette-Francois MAYERAT. Jean Louis and Henriette-Francois had at least 4 children: 1. Paul Edouard GEORGE (1863-1921) who m. Judith Gay-Bertin in Switzerland, and had children Henri who m. Pauline BRECHBUEHL, Marguerite who m. Arthur MATHEY, Albert who m. Louise ??, and Judith who m. MICHOUD. 2. Sophie Henriette GEORGE (1865-1930) who m. Edouard Reymond in Rolle, Vaud, Switzerland on May 7, 1889, and had children Frederic who m. Mary TOBIN in CT (died childless), August (died young), Arthur (bachelor, died in CT), Eva who m. Arnott HELMER, Emille Marguerite who m. Bob RICHARDET in Quebec, Canada, Georges, Nahomi who m. William HULTON in Montreal, Esther who m. Rev. Ernest ANEX, and Augusta who m. James DARGENT/D'ARGENT. 3. Lucien GEORGE b. 1867 who m. Sophie VERSEL in Switzerland, and had Lena who m. MAGNENAT, and three sons Louis-Paul, Edouard-Agenor and Auguste-Henri. 4. Jean-Louis GEORGE b. 1869 who I'm told married a lady in Florida. Her name and their date of marriage are unknown. I don't know if they had any children.
