I'm trying to find information about JASPER STRICKLAND. JASPER was the Son of ROSWELL STRICKLAND of Carroll County, George found on the 1850 Census. JASPER Married ADELINE A. born in Ala. JASPER and ADELINE had 4 Children: HATTIE STRICKLAND, born in Miss. Jan. 31,1865 : died June 25,1923 in Gainesville, Tex. JOHN ERWIN STRICKLAND, born in Miss. Mar. 14,1869 : died July 12,1925 in Gainesville, Tex. GEORGE T. STRICKLAND, born in Miss. Sept. 1871 : died Aug. 23, 1934 in Gainesville, Tex. ZACHARIAH M. STRICKLAND, born in Miss. : died Dec. 15 1937 in Bogata Tex. If anyone has any information about where this family resided in Mississippi, I would sure appreciate it.
