    3. Hello fellow GEORGE researchers!! I have ancestors with the GEORGE surname. I don't know a lot, but have some info. I would like to have more info on Jane's parents and siblings. Jane GEORGE was born at Croft-yr-onnen, Llananno, Radnorshire, Wales. She was my great-great-grandmother. She married William George JONES. I am very interested in knowing more about Jane's siblings and parents. The following is the info I have at present: In the 1861 census it states that living at Craftyronnen were: Mr John George (who was born in Llananno) and his wife Margaret (who was born in Llangurig) and their children: Margaret (aged 20) born in St. Harmon, Radnorshire John (aged 17) born in St. Harmon, Radnorshire Thomas (aged 16) born in St. Harmon, Radnorshire Mary (aged 11) born in Llanddewi Ystradenny, Radnorshire Richard (aged 10) born in Llananno Sarah (aged 9) born in Llananno Elizabeth (aged 8) born in Llananno Jane (aged 4) born in Llananno (b. 27 Nov 1856 at Croft-yr-onnen, Llananno, Radnorshire, Wales d. 10-5-1937 in Kansas) ********************************* I am directly descended from Jane. According to what I have found, Jane grew up on Croft-yr-onnen farm, Llananno, Radnorshire, Wales. On 18 July 1880 at ? (possibly Cwmdu, Breconshire, South Wales) Jane GEORGE married William George JONES b. 18 June 1853(4) at Pen-r-heol, Cwmdu, Crickhowell, Breconshire, South Wales d. 12-26-1934 in Kansas Jane and William had 8 children, which I have info on. If anyone has info or connections to this GEORGE family, please contact me. I would love to know more. I will also share what info I have. Thanks!! And happy hunting!
