    1. Jessie George
    2. MRS SUSAN A CLARK
    3. Hello, I'm new to this list and I'm hoping someone out there shares the same George family and can provide some information. I have Jesse/Jessie GEORGE and wife Martha (maiden name possibly SWINEL) living in 1850 in Macon Co, TN with son Joseph Franklin George. It's hard to read the censustaker's handwriting (big surprise) but it looks like Jessie was born in NC, although in a later census his son Joseph "Frank" says his father was born in GA, so who knows. I think Jessie died in 1893. His son "Frank" moved to Indiana. Does this family ring a bell with anyone? Susan
