I received from the Milwaukee County Historical Society a naturalization that is not my ancestor (they sent the wrong one). Anyway if anyone is researching the surname of SCHMIDT who was naturalized in Milwaukee, WI let me know privately. Here is some of the information: Fritz SCHMIDT immigrated in October 1881 to the port of NY from Germany. He was naturalized in 1913 in Milwaukee. His address at the time of his petition was 555 17th avenue. His wife was Johanna and he had 3 children William born 12 April 1883, Alvina born 10 June 1887 and Louis born 12 April 1894. All born in Milwaukee. If anyone can use these copies, I would be willing to send them for the cost of $7.00 (the amount it cost me for the wrong one).
