I just looked at it, I am not sure that I would invest in it without a trial look.... To me it looks like when I check on "locate birth certificates" I would end up on rootsweb list of vital record addresses. I also so that "new information added *FEQUENTLY* (define frequent) There are people with personal web sites that add DAILY... Anyway, if your curiosity has you and you cannot find an endorsement either way, I would go with the minimum investment to check it out... Let us know what you find if you decide to do it....
