Can someone help me figure how best to find a couple birth records in Wisconsin? I just found out that my grandmother and her brother were born in Wisconsin. I do not know the name of the county or counties where they were born. My grandmother was born 25 July 1889. Her name was Helena Cisewski. Her parents were John and Annie Cisewski. Her brother was Frank Walter Cisewski and he was supposedly born at Tarff, Wisconsin 3 Dec 1892. I believe Tarff was a mining camp. Another problems is that I have found the name Cisewski spelled about 15 different ways. Some have a "z" in it some have a "y" in it. I looked at the web site for requesting birth records and it appeared to me that I had to know the county of birth. ANY HELP WOULD VERY MUCH BE APPRECIATED.. Dan Grammer Marietta, Ohio
