Hi Dell Prairie is located at the southern portion of Adams County, It is located south of Springville and west of New Haven. Also wanted to let you know that their was a M. C. Smith listed in the Adams County History Book, "From Past to Present" on page 90. It says that he was a County Surveyor. Wonder if this was your Smith? Sally
