Dear Beryl, Ancestry.Com has the 1920 census on line, however you have to subscribe in order to access the census's. I checked the 1920 census and found there are 7 Atkin Families in the state of Wisconsin, none in Kenosha however. I did look at the information for the 16 year old, I was curious why a boy that young would be listed alone. I found he was an inmate at the Wisconsin Industrial School for Boys, which I found interesting.
