What you all don't know, or maybe haven't realized, in Wisconsin certificates escalated in price because of RIGHT to LIFE lobbying. A portion ofthe cost o every certificate goes to RIGHT to LIFE lobbyists to continue their lobbying. Personally, I object to that. Why do those who don't believe in Right to Life have to support those who do? It used to be certified copies were $10-12.00 & non certified were $2.00. Now we pay the same for either. Lobbying should be supported by those who believe in whatever the issue is, not paid for MANDATORILY by everyone whether they believe or not. I'm not saying whether I believe in RIGHT to LIFE or not.
