Wisconsin Families While researching my ROTT-ROTH family history, I came across this wonderful website of soldiers from Wisconsin and other states who served for the Union in the Civil War. As I noticed a great number were wounded or killed at the battle of Gainesville, VA, I decided to share this information with the hope that some of you may be able to use it for finding those missing members which allude your research. It sure helped me after looking for several years to find my John ROTT-1828-1862.
