    3. I agree it is well worth the money for me, but it is my opinion that ancestry.com census records are worth it ONLY IF: 1. You have enough information to find your ancestor without use of an index. 2. You have a broadband (fast) Internet connection 3. You use IE6 and have a relatively new (less than 2 years old) PC If your ancestors lived in an urban area, you really need that street address to find them in the census, even if the year is indexed. For example, ancestry.com has an index to the 1920 census. I have found my Gajdosz ancestors indexed as Kajdosz and Gardacki and my Malewicki ancestors indexed as Maleski. Even the soundex search didn't help me find these misspellings, I needed the street address. As for #2 and #3 above, if you don't have a fast connection and use IE6 it's probably not worth the frustration. Do a free trial first to see if your machine can handle it and MAKE SURE to cancel before your free trial ends or you're stuck for the full year. It is WELL WORTH the money for Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com for census records and you can do it at home. Lenora from Wis. __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
