If any one is looking for men from the various units of the Civil War, use Yahoo or Google and type in the unit ie. 57th Indiana Voluntary Infantry or the like. Most states, have a lot of units on line. Maine has complete compilation of its CW men. Also I have add. for anyone thought held in Andersonville, GA, Confed. prison. Research is free.
