It was spelled Cook ion her brothers obit. Have since found them in Waterford Racine Co-husband Fredrick-daughter Bertha? Son George cannot remember off top of head others. Had to have married betw 1869-1871. Found them in a couple censuses. Do not have info handy at moment. To tired to look tonight. Will look in mormn & send what info I found via census. Do know her sister Elisabeth Koehnke Wangelin lived Waterford many years then moved to Watertown. I am hoping maybe someone can help me out. Would like to locate her on census plus connect with anyone researching her. This is what I have so far: The Teutonia Ships Passenger list shows Friedericke Koehnke age 28 with a 5 yr old son Fritz Koehnke, leaving Hamburg arriving New York Oct 16, 1869. She came with her mother brother & sister. Two other siblings came earlier. All came from Mecklenburg. She married an Unknown Cook or Koch fellow. She is still alive with residence listed as Waterburg in 1924 per her brother's obit. No state listed in obit. All her siblings remained in Wi. No such place exists in Wisconsin so we thought maybe Waterbury. Unfortunately I cannot locate her in any census. Have located census for all her siblings. Still trying to get verified info on some of her siblings. I've tried Family Search & Ancestry World Tree & Heritage Quest census but no luck. Maybe I'm not looking well enough-I do not know.
