Dear GenWisconsin List: I just wanted to write to thank Sally and Muriel for writing in response to my question about Swedes in Milwaukee. So far, I am just beginning my search for my husband's Swedish relations in Wisconsin. You're right Muriel, about going west. Some of the Andersons did go further west after the got off the boat at Milwaukee, ended up in Clinton, Iowa on the Mississippi, and later moved to Chicago after the sawmills closed down. Hi. Does anyone have access to the Wisc Naturalization records to look for a Mary LaSart? This would be early Wisconin, some time before 1880. Thanks Karen
