Chas... We on aol don't have to worry about it. Our email automatically "snips" the previous post out of the reply. In fact if we want to have it sent we have to highlight it before hitting reply. When we do the email starts out with what we wanted repeated and who said it and what was said. Just like below from your previous email. I believe almost all other providers email automatically leaves the pervious post included in the reply.
