I found this information in the Columbia County in 1880 by Richard Jenkins. Griffiths Roberts (1845) Caernarvonshire, North Wales. Griffiths was married in 1871 to Sarah Williams of Dodge county. They have two children: Rece and John. His firm Roberts and Thiede are manufacturers of wagons and farm machinery, etc. page 28 I hope this helps in some way. Sharon
