The bouncing mail is up to the list owner. They can set a certain # on their utilities list before being unsubbed. Mine is set at 4. And even then it's too many when u have more than one server bouncing! Actually, I believe it is the individuals server that gives problems. Rootsweb has this protection because of SPAM.
