Hi Nancy, NARA is online at http://www.nara.gov/research/ this is the research page. scroll down on the page . In the left Index is "Order Forms for Military Service and Family History Records". That link should tell you how to aquire Civil War Pension records and what form to send for records and Pensions. There is a "e-mail" address to send for the Pension Records Forms. Just tell them how many you need (limit 6) and they will send them to you. Very convenient. You'll need NATF form 80 for Civil War time period. Or just read over the info on the web site..
